 Louis “Lou” Statman is a native Texan, a graduate of Austin College and a World Champion Skateboarder with over thirty years of real world experience in Residential Real Estate, Marketing, Home and Commercial Construction, and Project Management.  

Taking a clinical approach to better understanding all aspects of the Central Texas Market. With this depth of knowledge, Lou has been able to represent a wide client base successfully through the leasing process.

 Michael Ham, is a native Texan from Dallas, and a finance and economics graduate. The first in a large extended family to earn a college degree, he is also a member of MENSA. 

Michael brings 40 years of applicable and realistic experience in residential real estate leasing and sales. Many regard him as a compassionate, patient servant leader as well as a "rainmaker and avid mayonnaise avoider."

Outside of work, Michael is married with four children and two granddaughters. In addition to helping folks in all aspects of finding the ideal living space for you, your family and furry friends. His personal interests include golf, travel, and spending time at the beach.
